Now entering his 25th year as a personal trainer/fascial stretch therapist in the Houston area, Russell has a conditioning-based training style based on solid technique and mobility. Hailing from New Orleans, Terrence is a former elite athlete who played football at Nichols State University before being drafted into the NFL to assume the position of linebacker with the New England Patriots. He then continued his football career in Texas playing for the WLAFs San Antonio Riders. Terrence has been a professional trainer for the last fifteen years.
